Activation goal

The goal is to move from signed agreement to first opportunity registration quickly, while making sure contacts, billing, portal access, and support paths are all in place.

First 24 hours

  • Receive portal credentials and confirm access.
  • Meet the Partner Success Manager.
  • Book the kick-off call and start Academy Module 1.

First 90 days

  • Complete onboarding tasks and core Academy modules.
  • Identify your first lead services and first prospects.
  • Register your first deal and move into revenue generation.
