HLD pricing is structured around RRP-based partner discounts so partners can forecast margin cleanly, protect opportunities with deal registration, and use performance upside to expand commercial outcomes.

Commercial model

Partners can sell at or above RRP, or below it when needed. The platform is designed to keep margins predictable, with additional uplift from deal registration, bonuses, and MDF for eligible tiers.

Commercial structure

  • Sentinel, Slate, HomeBase, ORD, Pulse, Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Compliance, and Development are all covered by the pricing model.
  • Monthly recurring services are the default; projects and development are billed separately.
  • Custom pricing is available for Platinum partners and large-volume commitments.

Earnings model

  • Base margin = end-customer price minus partner price.
  • Deal registration adds uplift before quote finalisation.
  • Performance rebates are paid quarterly against annual billing performance.
  • Gold and Platinum partners can claim MDF for joint marketing activity.

Commercial guardrails

  • All prices are exclusive of GST.
  • Prices shown are monthly recurring unless noted otherwise.
  • Volume discounts may be available for commitments over 100 users or $500k annual.
  • HLD may update pricing with 30 days notice.
