Tier progression

Silver partners start with portal access, deal registration, and standard support. Gold adds a dedicated partner manager, MDF, and stronger pre-sales coverage. Platinum unlocks white-label delivery, custom SLAs, executive sponsorship, and roadmap input.

Tier benefits at a glance

  • Silver: up to 20% margin, 5% deal registration protection, NFR licenses, partner directory listing.
  • Gold: up to 27% margin, 2% MDF, enhanced 8% deal registration protection, priority pre-sales support.
  • Platinum: up to 35% margin, 4% MDF, white-label options, dedicated technical account manager, 2-hour priority escalation.

Program mechanics

  • Annual tier assessment with 60-day notice for downgrades before renewal.
  • Performance bonuses at 110%, 125%, and 150% of target.
  • New-logo bonuses of $500, $1,000, or $2,000 AUD depending on tier.
