  • Platinum: top tier with executive sponsorship, white-label delivery, and roadmap input.

  • 110% target: 2% bonus rebate.
  • 125% target: 4% bonus rebate.
  • 150%+ target: 6% bonus rebate and tier fast-track consideration.
